Grzegorz Skrzypek was born in Sosnowiec. He is a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts. Jan Matejko in Krakow. He obtained a diploma in easel painting in the studio of professor Włodzimierz Kunz, an annex in drawing in the studio of professor Sławomir Karpowicz. He is a member of the Association of Polish Artists and Designers and one of the founders and members of the “MESSAGE” painting group. He is also a drawing and painting teacher at the Art School Complex in Dąbrowa Górnicza.
