Jacek Maślankiewicz

Jacek Maślankiewicz born on February 7, 1955. Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw in 1979. Decorated by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage with the Honorary Badge of “Merit for Polish Culture”. In 2010-2015, President of the Warsaw District of the Association of Polish Artists and Designers.

“The rich painting material of his paintings, supported by a fascination with color, refers to the best traditions of post-war achievements of Polish colourists. The artist covers the surface of the canvases with a bold brush stroke, building surprising compositional solutions. He draws inspiration from nature, remaining under the charm of the changing landscape, light, color and architecture. ”
