1. How to register on the website as an artist?

In order to be able to submit works to an online gallery or auction, you must first register with our auction house. There is a tab on the top tool bar: “Artist registration”. Registration link:

The artist’s registration form is available at the link provided. After submitting the application, you should wait up to 3 days for verification and approval by the Gallery team. If the application is accepted, we will send  instructions for providing additional data and accepting the regulations to the e-mail address provided by the artist during the application.

Only registered artists can submit their work to our online gallery. When registering, you must accept the regulations. After an artist has been approved, we will send a cooperation agreement for signature to the e-mail address provided during the registration process.

2. How do I submit my work for auction?

Submission of work for auctions should be made by e-mail to the following address:

In the title of the e-mail, it you should include the artists name and surname and the phrase “auction application”. You can submit any number of works to the auction. The e-mail should include the year the work was created, title, dimensions, and the minimum price. The e-mail should be accompanied by photos of the works in jpg format.

3. How to add a work to an on-line gallery?

On our website there is a form that allows the artist to add works to our online gallery. There is a “Submit a job” tab on the top bar, and the form is available at the link: The form should include the title of the work, the year of its creation and the minimum selling price, hat is the minimum remuneration that the artist would like to receive for their work. The dimensions and weight of the image should also be provided. Select the category, style, technique, theme, material, color, orientation (vertical / horizontal) and country of origin of the artist from the drop-down bar. All works are verified before they are placed in the gallery.

The verification process usually takes up to 3 days. Each artist submitting their work to the gallery must be registered on our website. Only after registration and the creation of an artist account are you able to submit your works to us.                  

The maximum size for each work photo is 2560px x 2560px (5MB). In order to improve sales, Cosma Gallery reserves the right to give the customer a 10% discount calculated from the final sale price without consulting the artist.

4. How soon, after submitting the works to the website, will they be approved and appear in the gallery's offer?

After submission, the works are approved and added to the website within 1-3 business days. In the event of non-acceptance, the artist receives an e-mail notification.

5. Can I set my profile picture and my biography in the gallery myself?

You cannot make changes to the artist’s profile or add photos by yourself. Please send information about changes to We will introduce changes as soon as possible, and within no more than 3 days.

6. Can I add a job for sale myself?

No. All works submitted to the online gallery must be submitted using the form in the “Submit a job” post and approved by our Gallery. The works are put on sale as soon as possible, no longer than 3 days after submission.

7. Can I withdraw the work from sale myself?

NO. To withdraw a product from sale or change its price and other details, please send a text message to: +48 728 382 753

8. What happens if I do not submit notification to Cosma Gallery that my work has been sold through another channel?

In such a situation – in accordance with the concluded contract – where the work has subsequently been sold by the Cosma Gallery, we will be entitled to a contractual penalty in the amount of the agreed price of the work as posted on our website.

9. What is the waiting period for payment for a work / object sold at Cosma Gallery?

The waiting time for payment for works and objects sold in the online gallery is 45 days, because during this period the customer has the right to return the purchased works and objects.
